IAH TERMINAL REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ITRP)

Gunda Corporation (GUNDA)  provides program management support services (PMSS) to Houston Aviation Alliance(HAA) in support of HAA’s prime contract to provide Program Management Support Services to the Houston Airport System (HAS) in support of the IAH Terminal Redevelopment Program (ITRP) at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.  The services consist of facilitating augmentation staff to work as part of an integrated management team with HAS, an Executive Program Manager (EPM) and other sub-consultant personnel.

GUNDA’s augmented staff plays a prominent role in the success of ITRP.  Staff includes a building information modeling (BIM) lead that provides BIM modeling for all ITRP projects, including Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT); the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) building; the new HAS Administrative Office Building (which will serve as a Project Management Office for ITRP staff); and Enabling Utilities Landside (EUL), all in line with HAS requirements.  A subject matter expert (SME) is also provided and is responsible for  the review and approval of preliminary/final design and construction documentation.  The SME also oversees current project construction activities.
