Reliant Stadium - Kirby/Southloop Traffic Control System

For this City of Houston project, GUNDA performed the traffic and ITS design services for seven traffic signals along Kirby between South Loop and South Braeswood which included the design of fiber optic communication for the traffic signal system to integrate it into Houston TranStar traffic control center. The project also included installation of closed circuit television and communication technology. Services included analysis of existing fiber communications infrastructure in the area, preparation of fiber optic cable layout, splicing charts, specifications and integration documents and construction phase support services.
