Upper Kirby District Conceptual Engineering

Based on recommended improvements from the Upper Kirby mobility study, GUNDA developed the schematics to implement both short and long term solutions to mobility problems in the Upper Kirby district. GUNDA met with property owners to get input, developed preliminary cost estimates and prepared plans to implement these recommendations.

This project required GUNDA to identify utility conflicts, develop project schedules, and prepare funding applications to receive monies from the Houston Galveston Area Commerce TIP program.
